Use this page to launch KoreFSM quickly and know exactly where each platform guide lives.
First Setup Flow
Set Core Organization Defaults
Go to Organization Settings and complete company profile, branding, communication providers, and billing setup first.
Configure Team & Access
Invite crew users, assign system role (Admin/Dispatcher/Technician), then attach custom roles only where needed.
Set Intake & Scheduling
Configure Leads, Booking, Appointments, and Dispatch Map so demand can be captured and routed without manual back-and-forth.
Define Financial Workflow
Set Estimates, Invoices, payments, and payroll rules so handoff from job completion to cash is clean.
Turn On Core Automations
Enable reminders, follow-ups, status handoffs, and exception alerts before going live.
